Stefano Boeri is an architect and urban planner born in 1956 in Milan, Italy. He received a master's degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and a doctorate in architecture in 1989 from the Iowa University in Venice. Among his best-known projects, we can mention a vertical forest in Milan and the Liuzhou forest city concept in China.
